All systems go: Pallet testing

Every year, tens of thousands of timber pallets are produced in Germany alone. There must be hundreds of thousands in use. We calculate the nominal load and permissible working load of these indispensable aids.

We test whether your pallets satisfy the requirements of DIN 15158-1. Our test setups are in accordance with DIN EN ISO 8611-1.

For example, we use compression tests to simulate shelf storage and loads during handling by fork-lift or pallet trucks. Here we can take the specific conditions of use into account and adapt test programmes accordingly.
